We had a really good day learning a lot about Scottish history, whisky, etc. We went on a tour with Ian Linn. We will strongly recommend him to others searching for a guide and driver for a tour. I am planning a tour in October with another group and will contact Ian to help me arrange it.

Absolutely five star. Knowledgeable and personable. Please add our names to the long list of folks singing the praises of Ian Linn. My husband and I returned a little over a week ago from our trip to Scotland. It was outstanding due to our tour guide , Ian Linn. Ian has incredible knowledge of the history, geography and culture of this beautiful land. Ian’s wit makes his tours not just interesting, but really fun. That was GOOD STUFF.  It was an unforgettable guided tour to the Orkney Island . And it was possible thanks to Ian Linn, who tailor-made a personalized tour as we’ve never had before. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy new views and places in Scotland but with all that made us feel so comfortable: jokes, Scottish soundtracks, fun stories and epic moments. That was GOOD STUFF!

Tour itinerary and our driver were fabulous. My partner and I wanted to leave some feedback about our tour to Loch Ness on the 11^th April as we feel the tour itinerary and our driver were fabulous. Ian, our guide, proved to be both funny, charming and immensely knowledgeable  about the areas we travelled through. Not a single portion of the journey was dull; the sights and experiences of the tour would not have been half as good as they were without our guide. We both agree that we have learned more about clan history, local houses, industry, life, Scottish history and how far the English can be blamed for much of it (joke.) Ian’s wit and humour led to some of the greatest laughs of our year; haggis farms, porridge pumping stations and the seemingly ever – changing height of Ben Nevis (by at least a half to a third of an inch each mention.) Overall; the best tour we have been on – ever.”
